About Project
A car wash business wanted booking to feel like ordering a ride — a few taps, no calling ahead. The problem was underneath: location, packages, availability, and payment all had to work together without the interface ever exposing that complexity to the user.
We designed around one rule — minimum steps to a booked wash. Tappable packages instead of forms, real-time slots, stored vehicle profiles for one-tap rebooking, and a payment flow that closes without friction. We delivered the full UX/UI and product design; the client’s team took it into development.
